What is unusual about your hometown, place of work or job?

I’m captain of the fire team, and I’ve put out a few fires – nothing big thank goodness. 

What does this year’s theme, “Everybody’s Union” mean to you?

Everybody’s included: but it goes deeper than that. It’s the ultimate equality.

What issues will be important when your Local’s contract expires?

Who would you most like to have dinner with, and why: Jennifer Lopez, Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson, George R.R. Martin, Liz Cheney, Michael Jordan or Drake? 

I’d actually like to have dinner with Carrie Fisher. She played Princess Leia. I want to know what that was like. That was the ultimate female role, and I’d like to know what Carrie Fisher was like in real life. 

What things have you done or hope to do while you’re here?

I want to meet more people. I’m kind of reclusive so I challenged myself to go out to more social things, and talk to more people outside my local.

Have you yet decided how you will put the convention to work when you return home?

Something with Women of Steel and building up our committee.
